I need Engl. subtitles for Jakob, the Liar

I have the movie Jacob the Liar, 1975, German version. It is in .AVI form. The problem is that I don't have the English subtitles, and my German is not as good as it could be. Could someone please find a corresponding *.SRT file for me, in English?

I have this link but it does not work - I cannot find .srt file anywhere on this page. And surely I am not going to download that movie again.
